Train the Trainer (Microsoft Approved) (3 Days)

The Train the Trainer course is based on many of the techniques used by ExecuTrain instructors.  This course focuses on the four components of the learning environment: the instructor, the audience, the classroom, and feedback.  Within each component, students will explore the skills that are necessary for effective adult learning.  Students will be given opportunities for two formal presentations, during which they will demonstrate the skills learned throughout the course.
