Facilitation Skills for Leaders is an introductory course for people in organizations who want to learn how to change their behavior so that they can help their workgroup or team grow and perform more effectively.  Working in groups or teams requires managers, supervisors, leaders and workgroup / team members to learn those skills and put them into practice.  This class is your first step in the process of understanding, creating, and applying the principles of facilitation to your work group or team.

  • Create action plans for putting newly learned skills to work.
